Return Policy: 

Due to the nature of nutraceutical supplements and for quality assurance and safety reasons, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges on these products.  All sales are final. 

This policy is in place to protect the health and well-being of our customers and to ensure the integrity of our products.  Once a supplement bottle has been opened or the safety seal broken, we cannot guarantee its purity or proper storage.

In case there is a problem with the product, it will be investigated  within 48 to 72 hours. Please note that the problem must be notified to us through Phone or Email within 24 hours of your receiving the product. Our team will do thorough research before approving a refund/replacement. 

The customers are requested not to accept the parcel if the outer box is tampered with (damaged). 

To claim damages of the product, unboxing video is required. 

If there is no issue with the product, the same product will be sent back, and shipping charges will be applicable.

We will then assess the situation and, if applicable, arrange for a replacement of the same product.  We do not offer refunds in these circumstances.

We will then arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you.
